School Levies Pass; Construction Group Ready for June Start
Richard L. Bowen + Associates was awarded Construction Management contracts through the Ohio School Facilities Commission (OSFC) for programs at Van Wert and Cory-Rawson Schools. Both schools are located in Northwest Ohio and secured financing though passage of school levies on the November 2nd ballot. The schools are now entering into the design phase with construction to start in mid-June.
Our construction services group has managed the construction of 20 Ohio schools in the past 7 years, with 5 currently under construction and several more in design. Our team understands the issues facing each school district as they consider the need for renovations, additions or new schools. We are experienced in preparing feasibility estimates, schedules and phasing plans. We have led and participated in numerous assessment and master plan efforts for Ohio schools.
