Bowen Team Selected for NEORSD Southerly Exterior Wall Panel Restoration
The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District selected Richard L. Bowen + Associates, Inc. to lead the Southerly Wastewater Treatment Plant Exterior Wall Panel Restoration of their central maintenance building.
The project includes repair and or replacement work of the exterior wall panels of the Maintenance Building. Given the extent of deterioration to the building over the past thirty-five years, re-cladding the building will most likely be the best option. The re-cladding will result in a weather resistant and thermally improved building envelope with a refreshed aesthetic in keeping with the design direction of the Southerly Wastewater Treatment Plant campus.
The team also includes WJE Engineers who performed preliminary planning and EdArch Associates.
