Parma Schools Capital Improvement Project
Bowen was retained by the Parma City School District to perform a variety of permanent improvements throughout the District. A significant portion of that work was replacement of all windows and doors for ten school buildings with an extremely aggressive schedule: 6 weeks from notice to proceed to start of bidding. The schedule was successfully met and the bids came in under budget.
Bowen also designed mechanical and electrical upgrades throughout the district, including repair and replacement of HVAC and power and lighting systems.
