Richard L. Bowen + Associates’ Construction Management Division
led a two firm team who provided a full scope of construction management services
for co-owners, the Ohio Schools Facilities Commission and Evergreen Local School District.
The program included a new elementary school building on a greenfield adjacent
to the existing high school and middle school. Construction dollars were optimized
by dovetailing work on the elementary school with the middle school renovation.
