Chagrin River Walk is a Life Style Center that combines
retail, residential and office space into a unique design reminiscent of a
Midwestern small town main street. The majority of the parking is located
at the back of the center including two bi-level parking decks. The residents
and office workers will have access to their own secured underground parking.
The front crescent is designed as a public gathering place for
concerts or a farmer’s market. The development overlooks the scenic
Chagrin River and a portion of the site will be dedicated to permanent
open space for recreational use. Opening is anticipated for spring of 2009.
