| Description: |
The Shops at White Oak Village features nearly 1 million square
feet of big box anchors, out lots and a central lifestyle center of inline
retail and restaurants. The developer directed our design team to use a blend of
historical styles and an extensive variety of materials and textures for the in line tenants.
Located on a 136-acre parcel that is a reclaimed site of a manufacturing facility, it is being
designed in accordance with LEED standards established by the U.S. Green Building Council.
Sustainability features include construction waste management
and storm water management. The project is scheduled for completion in October 2008.
