Location: Delaware, Ohio Size: 524,945 s.f. Description: This new mixed-use development is situated on 140 acres about 20 miles north of downtown Columbus. The retail component includes a shopping center with Meijer's, Home Depot and Kohl's as major anchor stores. The development will also include a residential component with 360 new homes. Services: Architecture and Engineering Challenges: Use of integrally colored block, brick tiles, and stone with tower and cornice features were economical design solutions to keep with the architectural character desired while meeting the City of Delaware's stringent requirements.
