| Description: |
This design/build project involved completion of an
existing office campus with the final and largest of three buildings.
The client’s goal was to maximize the square footage of office space as
allowed by the site constraints. The structure is designed with the same
materials as the existing two structures (architectural pre-cast, granite,
glass and metal) but with more prominent design features since it will be
central to the completed office campus.
An elevated pedestrian bridge has been designed to connect the new structure
to the existing buildings. Parking was placed below the new building, which,
when added to existing parking spaces, will allow parking for 1,100 vehicles. |
