Richard L. Bowen + Associates Inc. has an established
presence in educational facility design and construction management
services throughout the State of Ohio. Our approach is to
work closely with the school administrators and stakeholders,
ensuring that their building project meets the districts'
programming and budgetary objectives. From initial planning
and facility assessments through design and construction, we
offer our clients the option of a single source solution.
For either renovation or new construction, our staff of architects,
engineers and construction managers have the experience to
guide clients from the beginning of a project’s planning
/ design process, all the way through construction, to deliver
a functional and efficient building, adhering to the established
academic mission. Our current and past project experience
with the Ohio School Facilities Commission’s Ohio School
Design Manual through design projects as well as a construction
management ensures our clients participating in the State
of Ohio school re-building program a comprehensive project
understanding.
