Richard L. Bowen + Associates was retained to redesign
Progressive's prototype Claim Center to increase efficiency and improve the customer experience.
Each claim center inclues the following features:
- Drive-through Drop-Off and Pick-Up canopies
- Lobby with Customer Service Representative stations (ranging from 5 to 8 CSRs)
- Administrative Office Area
- Inspection Bay Area (ranging from 6 to 18 inspection bays, lift bay and wash bay)
- On-site parking for customers, staff, rental vehicles and damaged/repaired vehicles
