Located at a major historical intersection in Cleveland’s University Circle,
Euclid-Ford Development offers opportunities for housing and mixed-use development.
This project involved a study to construct three new buildings on the Euclid Avenue
site between Ford Drive and East 115th Street. Each building would have retail at the
lower level, with housing above. Housing would be a mix of efficiencies and one,
two and three bedroom suites. Below all three buildings would be a 229-car enclosed parking garage. |
