| Description: |
This project consisted of improvements to an existing
484-unit apartment complex consisting of buildings constructed in the mid-1950’s.
Renovations included the conversion of 426 units, various site improvements,
the demolition of four existing buildings and the construction of new apartment
buildings in their place. Design services were provided for a new 18,000 s.f. community
center, which houses a daycare facility with a commercial kitchen,
administration offices, computer learning center, laundry facility,
mailroom and rental offices.
