Located within Cleveland's Warehouse District, the
building overlooks The Flats and contains 208 apartment suites, including studios,
one and two bedroom units. Tenant parking is in the adjacent Crittenden Court Garage.
In the original plan produced by Richard L. Bowen + Associates, there was
to be 100,000 s.f. retail space, an additional office building, condominium
town homes and street plaza overlooking the Cuyahoga River.
The 18-story Crittenden Court and buildings in the original plan were
designed to blend with the historical surroundings. Crittenden Court
was constructed of brick and stands as one of the tallest load bearing
masonry buildings in Cleveland. It is designed to complement the
Midwestern “Chicago School” of architecture defining the area, and
sensitive to the continuing development of the Warehouse District |
