The project began with a master facility plan, which
focused on several key areas of deficiency and dysfunction in the existing building.
Richard L. Bowen + Associates developed a design that created a functional, resident-friendly facility.
Exterior improvements such as a new entrance and landscaping were also
included. The project featured a state-of-the-art Physical and Occupational
Therapy Suite designed to assist rehabilitation patients in their reentry into
the community.
