City View Center

Location: Garfield Heights, Ohio Size: 500,000 s.f. Description: City View Center is located contiguous to a Power Center near the crossroads of two major interstate freeways (I-77 and I-480). There are over 600,000 people in 219,403 households within a ten-minute drive of the Center. It is perched above Ohio’s Historic Canal Corridor Towpath Park with a view of Cleveland’s downtown skyline. The retail space houses 15 tenants. Services: Architecture and Engineering Challenges: The architectural design had to include a solution for creating visibility and prominence for this location from Interstate 480. Another project challenge was the brownfield reclamation aspect of the site.
