This upscale, retail development, located in an affluent suburb northwest of Chicago,
houses 15 tenants with 4 anchor locations. The project was designed to meet critical design standards for
the Rand Road Corridor guidelines. A portion of the site will be a park for the village, incorporating
water retention areas as wetland habitat features.

Challenges:
One of the challenges of the site was that there was no city water available,
which required engineering of a well and retention system for the fire pump and sprinkler system.
