The unique aspect of this Lifestyle Center project was the creation of a town center
for a bedroom community that had never had one. Smaller tenants are placed more closely
together to resemble a city street. Shoppers will find fountains and rest areas with
paths that provide intersecting walks rather than merely “connecting the dots.”
Brick is used throughout the project, both on the exteriors and in the sidewalk,
to instill a feeling of permanence.
