| Description: |
A major goal of this project was to design a center of distinction in Bainbridge Township,
a growing community on the outskirts of Greater Cleveland. The developer wanted a major focal point for the community. The
result was a center with retail locations, a pocket park, and landscaping to more than satisfy both the project goals
and the green space requirements of the city. Services included all tenant coordination, applying the center’s design
to each tenants’ prototype designs to ensure a cohesive look to the center. |
