of freestanding 68,000 or 88,000 s.f. footprints in open air shopping centers. Occasionally,
stores may serve as anchors for a retail mall.
In addition to new store designs,our firm provides site evaluation and design services for
multiple conversion projects that can vary from single-level suburban big-box conversions
to three-level urban retail conversions.
