Scope of work for this project included complete
architectural and interior design services, as well as project management
for a four phase renovation program. The key elements included site master
planning, programming verification, furniture and equipment procurement and
project management.
The third and fourth phases of the program required
the design of two new buildings. The Maintenance and
Tune-up Facility includes bays for preventative maintenance and minor repairs,
a paint and body shop, spare parts storage, water wash and steam wash,
fueling stations, offices and employee areas. The Parking and Storage Facility
has areas for heated storage of vehicles scheduled for preventative maintenance
and vehicles requiring long term storage.
