Richard L. Bowen + Associates provided construction management services on this new PK-12 school which allows room for future expansion. The student population for this school is currently 800 and growing. We provided a full complement of construction management services per OSFC requirements.

This included coordination with the design team and third parties, estimating, scheduling, Ohio Schools Design Manual compliance review, constructability review, value engineering, design phase submissions, bidding, full field management, monthly core meetings, weekly meetings, cost control, cost reporting, move-in assistance and warranty support.
