Richard L. Bowen + Associates provided construction management services on an addition of a new high school and middle school, which are connected to the existing elementary school. Student population for these schools totals 876.

The existing elementary school was renovated to update the HVAC, electrical and fire protection systems. A geothermal heating and cooling system was installed in the new addition. Scope of services also included demolition and hazardous materials abatement.
