Ralph Regula Federal Building and United States Courthouse

Richard L. Bowen + Associates was selected to provide design services for this Government Services Administration (GSA) project. The Ralph Regula Federal Building and United States Courthouse will include the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, U.S. Trustees, U.S. Marshall, Internal Revenue Service and Social Security Administration offices. There are 122 parking spaces on site, both secured and unsecured.

The design team used its past experience and knowledge of the City of Canton, Federal courthouse requirements and office building design to address the organization of the Courthouse with the other federal agencies sharing the site. Our goal was to deliver a project that creates an efficient working environment, will accommodate ongoing technological innovation, and minimizes the impact on the surrounding environment.

The use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) helped the entire team develop a more consolidated project in terms of coordination and accuracy.
