This open air lifestyle shopping center development has approximately 200,000 SF of retail shops anchored with Belks and J.C.Penney department stores. The development features streetscape design with a central Village Green gathering area for activities and events. Site development is also anchored at the perimeter with Bass Pro Shops, Publix foodstore and a Best Buy store and outlots for future development.
Richard L. Bowen + Associates performed architectural design services to design/build contractor Citadel Contractors. Project design and construction from start to completion was only 9 months due to RLB+A and Citadel teamwork as well as the efficiencies realized from the design/build project delivery system.
