Shoppes at Surprise Pointe

The Shoppes at Surprise Pointe development has added a touch of pedestrian scale retail and entertainment amenities to a rapidly growing suburb. This has been accomplished by clustering smaller structures around the larger theater, crating a series of outdoor landscaped courtyards and pedestrian connectors. The buildings, with their simple but elegant southwestern design act as comfortable backdrops to the public spaces.

The upcoming expansion phase will include a 60,000 SF entertainment facility known as “Boulevard EXP” which provides a myriad of entertainment venues. Included are public and private bowling, party rooms, sports bar, restaurant/lounge, concessions, game room, laser tag, gift shop and pro shop.
