Westwood Townhouses

Traditional forms but with a modern typology

Bowen designed a new two-level residential building to the Westwood Meadows complex. The Westwood Townhouses add a new residential typology to the site, complimenting existing buildings. This new development adds 26 2-level townhouse units, each consisting of ground floor living/kitchen/half-bath spaces and an upper level with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The design takes cues from traditional house forms and scale to create a sense of individual units within the larger design concept.

The units are split into 2 buildings — a 14 unit and a 12 unit building — connected by a breezeway. Site amenities include enclosed garages, individual patios, and connection to the existing pool.
