The Opportunity
We are looking for a creative, passionate and energetic Architect or Designer to take on roles in our commercial, retail, and civic work at either our Cleveland or Erie offices. This individual would complete pre-design, programming, design, construction documentation, and construction administration tasks.
The ideal candidate is resourceful and inquisitive, has a passion for great architecture, wants to help foster long-term client relationships through exemplary service, and believes that projects should be tailored to the client’s needs.
We are looking for candidates with a range of experience, with opportunities for recent grads, mid-career architects, and senior-level professionals.
Other preferred qualifications include:
- A professional degree
- Architectural registration, or pursuit of registration
- 3 years of previous architectural experience
- Proficiency in design software including REVIT and AutoCAD. Experience with Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and real time rendering packages is also appreciated.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and reviewing authorities.
- Attention to detail
- Effectively be able to research construction methodology, building code, building materials, and building typologies.
- Experience in all phases of design.
- Flexibility for Travel
- Experience within any or all of our sectors of practice, including commercial and public.
